  • Extensive international experience: Managed large-scale teams across different functions in Europe (France, Romania, Portugal, Algeria, Morocco) for Webhelp, and subsequently in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Philippines, India) for Lazada Group as Vice President for business development and seller growth

 

  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and manage P&Ls: Turned cost centers into revenue centers while maintaining substantial growth in sales and revenue under Lazada Singapore, successfully drove a +30% uplift in sales for HomeCredit Philippines after launching their first e-commerce platform, and managed to increase revenue by 3X while reducing cost by more than 6x and turning the PH business profitable within the 2 first quarters as Country Manager for Atome Philippines 

 

  • Proven multi-functional leadership: Successfully led and developed diverse teams across Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, and more at Lazada Group, Home Credit Philippines, Atome Philippines, Branded Inc., and more.

  • Thriving in challenges: Started in US CX, then returned home to the Philippines and grew a small printing business. Implemented new printing technologies, expanded services, and landed major clients like SNR, San Miguel Corporation, DTI, and more.

 

  • Building something new: Launched JRKIM Consumer Goods Trading, the second company focused on imports, to explore new opportunities in the market.

 

  • Always learning: While the printing business thrived, she joined DeTelecomShop, a Belgium-based company, as Head of Procurement and Order Fulfillment. This international experience broadened her knowledge while managing the P&L of her product line.
